GZFHARVEST Completes an Integrated Roasted Peanut Packaging Line Project for a Customer in Lithuania

GZFHARVEST has supplied an integrated packaging line for a customer in Lithuania, designed for packaging roasted peanuts into cans. The line combines filling,metal rejection,can seaming, labeling and date coding equipment to support a continuous packaging workflow for the customer's food production operation.

This project demonstrates GZFHARVEST's capabilities in providing customized food packaging machinery and integrated can packaging solutions for international customers.

Customer can diameter 83mm , can height 75mm ,fill 300g , machine speed 20-25cans/min with nitrogen flush can seaming machine

 1.Roasted Peanut Filling and Can Packaging Solution

Roasted peanuts are popular snack products that require consistent filling, secure can sealing and clear product labeling for retail distribution.

For this Lithuanian customer, GZFHARVEST integrated multiple packaging machines into one production line. The equipment layout connects the main packaging stages through conveyors, helping coordinate product transfer between filling, sealing, labeling and coding operations.

2. Main Equipment in the Roasted Peanut Packaging Line

The integrated packaging line includes the following main processes:

（1） Can Feeding and Conveying

The conveyor system transfers cans between the packaging stations to support continuous production.

（2） Roasted Peanut Filling Machine

The filling station dispenses roasted peanuts into cans according to the required filling quantity. The filling solution can be selected according to the product characteristics, target weight and production capacity. It can use linear can feeding machine or rotary type can feeding machine .

（3）Metal rejection 

Machine with throat-type metal detector (with rejection function)

 (4) Nitrogen Room automatic can Seaming Machine

After filling,can into the nitrogen room to fill nitrogen , then  can seaming machine closes the cans by forming a double seam between the can body and the lid. Proper seaming helps create a secure closure, subject to suitable can and lid specifications and correct machine adjustment. After seaming the residual oxygen <5%，effectively extend the product's shelf life

(5) Can body Labeling Machine

The labeling machine applies product labels to the cans, helping manufacturers present product information and brand identity consistently.

(6) UV Date Coding Machine

The coding system prints required production information, such as production dates, expiry dates or batch numbers, according to the customer's coding requirements.

(7) Can collector 

 Used at the end of the packaging line,improving production efficiency.
